The Life Development Process

The baseball diagram illustrates Crossroads’ educational process. Each base represents a completed CLASS and a deeper level of commitment. Our mission here at Crossroads is to have “GRAND SLAM” Christians, not just “baseball fans.”

What is CLASS?

Christian Life And Service Seminars is the educational program at Crossroads designed to help you get to know God better than you’ve ever known Him before. It doesn’t matter how much or how little you know about God, there is a CLASS for you. While we have classes for such things as parenting, finances or just getting to know God better, our core curriculum consists of our 101, 201, 30, and 401 series of classes. These classes are designed to help you grow into the Christian life, step-by-step, in practical ways. We think of our teachers as base coaches. Our teachers can’t actually get you to the next base, but they can show you how to get there. The rest is up to you.

F.A.Q.

When Are These Classes?

All of these classes are offered on a quarterly basis. Our next CLASS is scheduled for Sunday, August 20, 2006.

How Long is the Class?

They are all 4-1/2 hours long, and include a meal.

How Much Does it Cost?

CLASS 101 is free to all who attend it. CLASS 201, 301 and 401 have a cost of $5 to cover materials and meals. We do have scholarships available.

What if, at the End of CLASS 101, I Don’t Know Whether I Want to Become a Member Yet?

That’s fine; you can make that choice. This is a personal decision, and we suggest you give it prayerful consideration. It is between you and God.

Can I Take CLASS 301 without Taking CLASS 101 and 201?

Since these classes build on each other, you have to attend both CLASS 101 and 201 first. We are convinced that you must first be committed to membership in a church family and committed to the habits for spiritual maturity before you are ready for ministry. Membership and maturity are the foundation for Ministry.

Can my teenager take CLASS 101?

Yes. We highly encourage teenagers to take CLASS 101. Our C4 Student Ministry offers CLASS 101 to high school students in 9th through 12th grade. The CLASS 101 student curriculum is written specifically for teenagers. The junior high curriculum is not yet available. Please stop by the C4 Ministry Table on Sunday, or email C4 Administrator for further information.
